No. You do not need to download or install any software to participate. You only need to have a good internet connection.
There is a Navigation Video in the Info Desk that can show you how to navigate to the various areas of the conference.
General & Breakout Sessions are Live Zoom events. There will be time dedicated to Q&A at the end of each session. We encourage you to enter questions in the chat box. A moderator will feed the information to the speakers. During the Expo sessions, you will have the opportunity to engage directly with Epson booth staff by selecting the “Chat Now” option.
We have a dedicated “General Info/Talk to Automation Expert” specifically for attendees who have general application questions. To speak to Automation Expert, click on “Chat” in the banner under the booth. At that time, you can message an individual by hovering over the name on the right-hand side banner under “Booth Reps Online” and select “Chat Now”.
Epson Sales and/or Engineers will be available at each of the virtual booths in the Expo. Enter the Expo and select a booth. To speak to Epson personnel, click on “Chat” in the banner under the booth. At that time, you can message an individual by hovering over the name on the right-hand side banner under “Booth Reps Online” and select “Chat Now”. You can message one-on-one with that individual, video call or audio call.
Product Brochures and Spec Sheets will be available in various booths. You can add any documents to your Swag Bag. Time is available for you to have interactive conversations, request follow up meetings, and download information to reference and share at a later time.
Yes, we have automation experts on stand-by that speak Spanish or Portuguese! Please enter the Expo and select booth “Latin America (Spanish)” for Spanish speaking automation expert or “Brazil / Brasil (Portuguese)” for Portuguese speaker automation expert. Be sure to check out the Breakout Session “Automation 101”. There will be a dedicated session in Spanish with Live Q&A.
Yes. You will be able to access the pre-recorded sessions and watch the videos for 30 days following the end of the expo.
A webcam is not required to join the expo. However, webcam is needed if you choose to engage in video meetings at the expo.
